Consultants are for life

We receive a lot of questions about our name, Sinceritas Real Estate Consulting.

Our business is built upon a foundation of trust and integrity.  Therefore the latin word Sinceritas which means integrity or purity of purpose is a perfect fit for us.

People often rightly associate real estate agents with salespeople.  At Sinceritas our agents are not traditional salespeople but are trained to act as trusted advisors or consultants.  The difference is in our approach to clients.  Unlike a traditional salesperson who is intent on making a sale quickly and moving on to the next potential customer, our consultants focus on giving our clients options and advice on all aspects of real estate with the purpose of building lifelong relationships.  Our consultants may even suggest to you that sometimes the best option is to wait or reach your goals in a different manner rather than push you into a sales agreeement.

Sinceritas can advise you on all aspects of real estate including single family homes, townhouses, condominiums, commercial real estate, land and much more.

We serve the following communities: Otsego, Elk River, Rogers, St. Michael, Albertville, Monticello, Big Lake, Becker, Princeton, Zimmerman, Ramsey, Oak Grove, Anoka, Andover, Coon Rapids, Ham Lake, East Bethel, Blaine, Champlin, Dayton, Maple Grove, Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, Fridley, Spring Lake Park, New Brighton, Minneapolis, Shoreview, Vadnais Heights, Golden Valley, Crystal, New Hope, Plymouth, Corcoran, Minnetonka, St. Louis Park, Robbinsdale, Chaska, Eden Prairie, Shakopee, Bloomington, Chanhassen, Wayzata, Hopkins, Edina, Richfield and the surrounding Twin Cities metro area.
